Terms of Service
These terms are a practical startup version and should be reviewed by a UAE-qualified lawyer before paid production use.
Core terms
UAE ASP Blocker Scan is a data analysis and detection aid. It helps identify invoice-data, master-data, field-mapping, sequence, VAT-calculation, and workshop-readiness blockers from files you provide.
The tool is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, accounting, audit, ASP, MoF, FTA, or compliance advice. Outputs are automated suggestions and must be reviewed by qualified professionals before decisions are made.
We do not guarantee 100% detection accuracy. UAE eInvoicing rules, PINT AE specifications, ASP validation criteria, and tax authority guidance may change. Results depend on the quality, completeness, and structure of the data you upload.
You remain responsible for invoice-data accuracy, master-data accuracy, client authorization, confidentiality obligations, professional review, tax review, ASP communication, and final compliance with applicable eInvoicing regulations.
The default scanner processes invoice and master data in your browser and does not upload raw invoice rows by default. If you contact us, request support, or buy/export a paid pack, limited metadata may be collected for support, billing, and product improvement.
If, after running a paid Single Client or Urgent Express scan, the tool identifies fewer than 5 material blockers as defined in our current detection rules, you may request a full refund within 7 days. The guarantee does not apply to monthly partner plans or enterprise deployments, and it is not a promise of regulatory compliance, penalty protection, workshop success, or savings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the tool is capped at the amount you paid for the relevant scan or subscription period. We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business losses, including penalties, failed workshops, lost profits, implementation delays, or additional consultant fees.
The tool is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update rule packs, pricing, features, exports, disclaimers, or the website at any time. We may pause, discontinue, or replace parts of the tool, especially where regulatory guidance, ASP requirements, or security requirements change.
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes subject to the courts of Dubai, unless a separate written contract states otherwise.
Before paid launch
Before accepting online payments, subscriptions, or enterprise deployments, these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, refund wording, pricing claims, and marketing claims should be reviewed by a UAE-qualified lawyer.
